It has to be said that these fair isles of Great Britain and Northern Ireland have a lot to offer. From delicious seasonal fruit, veg and herbs, to a whole host of celebrations and events thanks to our being such a culturally diverse nation, we’re lucky to have so much to enjoy right here on our doorstep.

And when it comes to selecting the flavours for our limited edition macarons for celebrations, we start with what we’d normally associate with that event. So you could find a Snowball Cocktail macaron (way better as a macaron than a cocktail) in your box at Christmas, or a selection based on chocolates and flowers, which was where we took our inspiration for our Mother’s Day macarons in 2023.

We’ve been known to feature a Pimms macaron when it's Wimbledon. And fresh pomegranate seeds make excellent blood-bursting pustules when it’s Halloween. Our flavour ideas come from wherever we can get them, so our macarons for celebrations reflect the true spirit of the event, and make the most of the great produce that’s in season at the time.

You can buy our macaron celebration boxes online for delivery UK-wide.

There’s also the option to place an order online for collection from our Clerkenwell kitchen. You can find us in Compton Street, EC1V. Just tell us in the order notes when you’d like to collect, and choose pickup at the online checkout.

How does delivery work?

We can deliver to your home or place of work. Place your order by 11am, and we’ll send it out that day, or on your chosen day.

We use Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked delivery, although we will use other delivery services when disruption is expected.

How are the macarons packed?

Our limited edition macarons for festivals, events and celebrations are presented in our signature sustainable Kraft cardboard boxes in selections of 12, 15 or 30. If it’s a gift, we’ll add hand-tied ribbons and your personal message. Just tick the ‘decorate it’ box, add what you’d like to say, and we’ll take care of the rest.

We want your macarons to be as good as if you’d bought them straight from our kitchen. It’s why all our boxes and inserts have been custom made, and we surround them with 100% wool padding to keep them fresh and protected as they wing their way to you or your gift recipient. We also add ice packs in the summer months to keep the macarons cool and prevent them from melting.

Sustainability lies at the heart of everything we do at Giselle Richardson, so we make sure all our packaging can be recycled or composted.

Top tip: When your macaron box arrives, if you manage to keep yourself from eating them all at once, please store the macarons in the fridge. They’ll stay at their best chilled for five days, although may we wish you the best of luck in your attempts to resist them for that long.
