Refund policy

Since all our products are perishable food items with limited life, we are unable to offer returns or refunds.  We send our products via Royal Mail or courier using a twenty-four hour service.  In our experience, delivery is normally in accordance with the service terms but at times like Christmas, it can be delayed.  If the delay in your delivery is unacceptable, please notify us and we will consider whether a refund or credit is appropriate.
