Shipping policy

We despatch our products by Royal Mail or courier using a twenty-four hour service.  Our experience is that delivery is normally in accordance with the service terms but unfortunately we cannot guarantee on-time delivery and sometimes delays may occur, especially at peak times such as Christmas.  We monitor delivery times carefully and may switch providers if we find that their service has deteriorated.

Macarons are supplied in our trademark kraft boxes, with custom-designed inserts to keep them in place and Woolcool 100% natural insulation liners, all to protect the macarons in transit and make sure the product gets to you in top condition.
