Wagon Wheel Macarons – great as a gift, even better as a treat!

Giselle Richardson has always been about skirting tradition to find something new for everyone to try. And that’s just what motivated us to create our Macaron Wagon Wheels. A sandwich of macarons, with a filling of the lightest, fluffiest marshmallow and dipped in different kinds of chocolate laced with delicious morsels of all things that are bad for you, in the best possible way.

Some of our flavour pairings are old favourites, like milk chocolate and caramel (this one also has a gooey caramel centre), and dark chocolate and hazelnut. But we’d really recommend adding to your selection our Golden Chocolate Popcorn Macaron Wagon Wheel, which is dipped in caramelised white chocolate and laced with crispy popcorn. It’s the perfect combo of sweet and salty. And perhaps you shouldn’t leave out White Chocolate Raspberry either, as it’s covered in white chocolate with the added tart punch of freeze-dried raspberry.

How can I buy some Giselle Richardson Wagon Wheel Macarons?

We sell our Macaron Wagon Wheels individually and in selection boxes of four. If you’re buying a selection box, simply choose your favourite four from our menu. Just add the box to your basket, and select your flavour choices at checkout.

Selection boxes are presented in our signature sustainable Kraft cardboard. If it’s a gift, we’ll add hand-tied ribbons and your personal message. Just tick the ‘decorate it’ box, add what you’d like to say, and we’ll take care of the rest.

You can buy online for delivery UK-wide, or place an order for collection from our Clerkenwell kitchen. We’re based in Compton Street, EC1V. Just tell us in the order notes when you’d like to collect, and choose pickup at the online checkout.

How does delivery work?

We can deliver your Macaron Wagon Wheels to your home or place of work. Place your order by 11am, and we’ll send it out that day, or on your chosen day.

We use Royal Mail 24-Hour Tracked delivery, although we will use other delivery services when disruption is expected.

How are the Wagon Wheel Macarons packed?

We want your Macaron Wagon Wheels to be as good as if you’d bought them straight from our kitchen. It’s why all our boxes and inserts have been custom made, and we surround them with 100% wool padding to keep them fresh and protected as they make their journey to you or your gift recipient. We also add ice packs in the summer months to keep the products cool and prevent them from melting.

Sustainability lies at the heart of everything we do at Giselle Richardson, so we make sure all our packaging can be recycled or composted.

Top tip: When your Macaron wagon wheels arrive, if you manage to keep yourself from eating them all at once, please store them at room temperature. They’ll keep for about two weeks, although may we wish you the best of luck in your attempts to resist them for that long.
