Macaron baking supplies, recommended for you

The tried and tested macaron supplies we use in our own kitchen, available for delivery direct to your door.

At Giselle Richardson, flavour and quality produce have always been a big driving force for us when we’re creating our limited edition macarons. We’ve spent a long time identifying the best base ingredients to use, from milk, dark, white and golden chocolate to the ground almonds that no macaron recipe can do without. And we’re more than happy to share some of those ingredients with you.

Whether you’ve been inspired to have a stab at making your own macarons for the first time, or you’re a seasoned baker, we think you’ll be pleased with our macaron baking supplies collection.

And if you’re into concocting your own signature creations (we’re massive fans of a good old-fashioned cake here on Compton Street, but chocolate-filled pastries, Millionaire’s Shortbread, truffles or brownies are also worth sprucing up with excellent chocolate), then you’ll find our chocolate drops perfect for your ganache. The dark chocolate is rich and thick and very stable, the white less sweet than usual, and the milk tastes a whole lot better than anything you’ll find in your local supermarket.

We have always heartily wished that almonds grew in the UK. As that’s sadly not the case, we spent a long time looking for the perfect ground almonds to use to make our macarons and now we’ve found them, we won’t use anything else. When making macarons so many things can go wrong, so we’ve found almonds that won’t be one of them. And now you can try them too.
