We spent a long time identifying the best almonds to use in macarons and this is the best as far as we’re concerned – not too dry or too damp, and finely milled but with a bit of texture, it’s perfect if you want to give making macarons a try yourself.

Order by 11am for next day delivery.

We dispatch orders Monday-Thursday to avoid orders spending longer than one night in a warehouse. 

Unfortunately we cannot guarantee this, particularly in the current climate, but we will do our best. 

Items will arrive in a double wall cardboard box with padding protection made of wool. All packaging is fully recyclable or compostable.
