our macaron flavours are inspired by and created using ingredients from across the UK.

By using fruit, vegetables and herbs in season, and at their best, 
we strive to make macarons which taste great.

Some of our favourites include Melon & Basil in Summer; Roasted Pumpkin in Autumn; Pear, Vanilla & Cinnamon in Winter; and Rhubarb & Apple in the Spring. Our Chocolate, Caramel & Sea Salt flavour is perennially popular with our customers, but the Cucumber macaron also has a cult following.

We also take inspiration from the British event calendar, creating menus for Christmas, Easter, Valentines Day, Wimbledon and Frieze Art Fair amongst others.
